I’ve always been fascinated by the silhouette of birds, I’ve always liked the shapes produced by them in flight. I was lucky enough to notice a small flock of birds that always hovered around St. Paul’s hospital, but they never got close enough for me to capture. One day something was a bit different and they just happened to hover around one of the glass buildings near the hospital. I waited for a few minutes and was able to get a photo of one of these birds backlight by the clouds producing a clear silhouette.

I’m a Fuji X shooter based out of the Lower Mainland, I graduated form UBC with a Doctorate in Pharmacy, while in school I found myself toying with the idea of purchasing a camera.
I ended up purchasing my first camera in 2019. I’ve only been shooting for a year but my camera is an indispensable part of my kit. Life is full of amazing moments, and I try to document all of them. My photography is heavily influenced by the strong hues, vibrant colours, and light found here in the west coast.
